Overview

We’re looking for a senior engineer who can build production-grade Solana programs and blockchain services end-to-end, and integrate AI models (custom and public) into real user-facing products. You’ll own core architecture decisions, ship features fast, and raise engineering standards across the team.

Requirements

• 3+ years building on Solana (programs, transactions, accounts, SPL tokens, integrations)
• 5+ years in blockchain engineering overall (wallets, indexing, RPC providers, security, DeFi/NFT primitives, on-chain/off-chain design)
• 3+ years working with AI models (custom and public), including inference workflows and model-driven product features
• 6+ years of full-stack development with JavaScript/TypeScript and production web APIs
• Strong hands-on experience with Rust (systems programming and/or on-chain program development)
• Strong experience with Node.js (service development, APIs, background workers, integrations)
• Strong experience with React and modern frontend patterns
• Experience building production apps with Next.js (routing, SSR/ISR, API routes, performance optimization)
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript across backend and frontend codebases

Responsibilities

• Design and build Solana programs and supporting services (indexers, workers, APIs, data pipelines).
• Develop full-stack features: web app + backend services + on-chain integrations.
• Build and maintain Node.js/TypeScript services (REST/GraphQL), job workers, and event-driven pipelines.
• Create polished user experiences in React/Next.js that make complex blockchain workflows feel simple and safe.
• Integrate AI model capabilities into product workflows (e.g., classification, summarization, anomaly detection, agentic automation).
• Own reliability: observability, performance tuning, incident response, and operational playbooks.
• Implement secure key management patterns and transaction safety controls.
• Partner with product/design to ship user-friendly experiences around complex blockchain mechanics.
• Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor other engineers.
